Transparencies I, 171x43x43cm, 10 acrylic plates, ink/glass and iron, 2005.

This piece explores the idea from the Gestalt Theory that says: «The whole is more than the sum of the parts». It is composed of three different drawings divided by ten Plexiglas's that turn on an axis, allowing a game of light/ shadows with natural or artificial light. When the piece is in motion, new forms and shadows appear.
The piece also asks the interaction of the viewer, because the observer must touch the work to see the movement and to listen the sound.

This piece was exhibited in the 13th International Biennial of Vila Nova de Cerveira, 2005.
